Today members from the KVFD were invited by Bexar county wildland strike team to participate in their quarterly training. Our team joined in on a 80 acre prescribed fire. Working alongside Fire Departments from Bexar county esd 11,12 Bexar county esd 2, 3 and Wilson county esd 2, 5. They were able to learn, see and talk different tactics all while building new friendships camaraderie on the fire field. Thank you Bexar and Wilson county's for the hospitality and invite! Our team made it back home and are ready to share the knowledge learned, here are some pictures from the training today. Stay safe everyone!

One of KVFDs very own will take the stage tonight to Kickoff the City of Kenedy's Music Festival!!!

Hello Friends and Family.
Reminder, The PumpJacks are Playing the Six Shooter Festival on Friday March 20th in Downtown Kenedy.
5:00 to 5:45
Then on the Following Friday we will be Playing at Dragon Place in Helena from 7:30 to 11:30 on March 27th.
Come out at check it out.
Our Lead Guitar Play Mikey Montes has a Birthday Today so help us send him Good wishes.
