🦁🐯🐻🐾 Our Cubs had such a great time at Camp Scouthaven - Great Falls Council, Scouting America 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ was the theme and our delivered! Thank you to the outstanding staff who made programming completely unforgettable from activities in 🥾 , 🏹 , 🔫 , 🎣 , 🏊‍♀️ , 🎨 , 🔭🧪 to 🎭 skits and 🏕 we are still reminiscing and singing along! 🎶

Happy from Kendall Cub Scouts! 🇺🇸

Last month, our pack was invited to kickoff the United Way's Day of Caring Event by leading the Pledge of Allegiance at Dwyer Stadium in Batavia. Scouts in Kindergarten and first grade saluted in their class A uniforms as 4th grader John Heeks recited the Pledge for the audience of 300 volunteers!

🇺🇸✝ As we observe 2026, our Scouts have been practicing moments of silence for our fallen heroes and learning how to respect the to prepare for the upcoming ceremony this Saturday evening at 7 PM at the Kendall Town Park.

We hope to see the community at this event to honor those who have served and protected our nation.

There will be parades and services for Memorial Day in Orleans County communities on Monday, May 26. ALBION – The parade starts at 10 a.m. at Main Street near the Park Street intersection. 🚴 🚴‍♀️ Happy 2026! This Spring, our Kindergarten and First Grade Cub Scouts learned the fundamentals of and practiced !

🦁 Lion and 🐯 Tiger Cub Scouts can earn bike-themed adventures focusing on safety, gear check, and riding. "Let's Roll Lions" (Kindergarten) and "Rolling Tigers" (1st Grade) electives involve learning safe riding rules like hand signals and lanes, proper helmet use, and taking a ride with family or dens to build confidence, with options for training wheels and balance bikes.

They also review the "ABCs of My Bike" from Scouting America, teaching all parts of the moving machine:

B="Brakes" 🛑 levels, cables, and pads
C= "Chain" ⛓ crank, levels, pedals, and cogs
