The AngelTrax Foundation has chosen to make 2019 a year of education for those that need the most help to become productive adults and citizens. More and more we are seeing a need for specialized education for certain children and teenagers. Not every child fits into the mold presented by public schools. Some need a one-on-one presentation to comprehend their studies. Some are neglected or even abused in our countries or other countries and just need an opportunity to live somewhere safe and healthy and productive in order to achieve a valid education. What we seek to achieve by choosing this path is not cheap. In fact, it is expensive. Really expensive.
After examining the pros and cons of our vision, we decided to move forward. Allowing individuals access to the education they need - the way they need it - seems like a basic human right to us. Still, how would we pay for it? A great many of us spend at least $4 each and every morning for a specialized coffee drink. If we could find it within ourselves to forego one cup each week for a year and donate it to our charity, it would take less than 26,000 of us to raise the monies we need at this moment to help achieve this very real and simple dream of education.
Please help us win this cause. We have a team of volunteers working on this special undertaking. As we progress, different members will post stories and share photos as they work to reach your hearts and minds. Our volunteers are not nearly as boring as I am, so you will enjoy their ongoing journey on this path they have chosen and already love. If you would support us, we would be so grateful. Please note that we will be posting updates about those that will benefit directly from your generous funds. Because of their pasts or their present living conditions or their lack of self-worth, we may use a pseudonym for each child, if they prefer. We will leave it up to them and their guardians.
