Hi everyone we have playoff this week!

April 1st

It’ll be

Elks 1 has a Bye

American Legion 2 vs the Forelands at legion

Elks 2 vs The Duck at the Elks

The Hut vs American Legion 1 at the Hut

It’ll be a race to 8 games you can play all games but if you get to 8 first you can call it a night
There is no fees to play in playoffs

Winners of playoff will face off at a later date

Hello Teams!

Heads up:

The Duck's board is down and they are waiting on a repair with no estimated time of completion.

CAPTAINS if you are scheduled there in upcoming matches, please discuss a change of venue (include the venue in this decision) and/or a reschedule of your match.

Please try and keep all rescheduling to a minimum and only as needed as well as get them done as soon as possible as we are winding down our season and will need to plan the end of year party.

Hey all!

Heads Up! The Elks Soft Tip board is not working...again. We managed 1 throw on first game and it will not change over to next player.

We are using the tablet again.

Captains- please utilize the tablets if you are able. If Tammie is working she is able to assist.

Establish if you are counting points with everyone watching with bounce outs or only if they stick.

We have reached out the the machine guy...again.

Heads Up:

Elks Soft Tip machines (both) are not working.

Elks #2 and American Legion opted to use a tablet in lieu of boards tonight (make up game).

If teams need to do this, please make sure both teams agree and everyone is watching the board to ensure accuracy.

For random cricket we opted to have 3 players from each team (6 total) throw with their NON-dominant half to pick random numbers and add bull (7 numbers). Then finish normally.
We used a blank sheet and wrote numbers and scored by hand. I kept track of which numbers on signed score sheets and which person through which number for consistentcy accuracy so it was signed off on and no issues could arise later.

Please make sure the tablet is where everyone can see and keep track of scores and see what they need.

Both teams can verify score and what's being entered as you go.

Hey Teams!

A few things:

1. Administration changes: Leah Love will still be President and will take on any secretary roles. Daemeion Gahm will still be Vice President amd take on Treasurer roles. Nate Orloff and Luciana stepped down due to scheduling and transportation issues. This will make it easier and clearer moving forward.

2. Sponsorship money was due by the 3rd week. Please get your Sponsorship money in asap. If we do not recieve it, your team is not eligible to participate in the end of year party. We are missing 1 team- please reach out to Leah Love or Daemeion Gahm to turn it in or send it with your weekly envelope and note what it is.

3. It will be the HOME team captains responsibility to collect dues and complete score sheets. Only ONE sheet needs to be turned in at the end of the night. Away team is welcome to complete one (and is encouraged for accuracy). At the end of play, each captain is to review 1 sheet, confirm and sign.

In addition, HOME TEAM CAPTAINS are responsible for the envelopes accuracy in payment. We have had some short. There should be a total of $40 at the end. Admin is not and will not be responsible for paying this. We will reach out to the home team CAPTAINS for any missing fees.

4. Please remember this is FUN and to have good sportsmanship! We are trying to GROW our league and want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy themselves. We all get frustrated with ourselves, the boards, the darts, etc. but please keep it FUN and FRIENDLY!
