Nikiski Shelter of Hope The Nikiski Shelter of Hope is a shelter for people who have been displaced and are transitioning to better, more stable living situations. Thank You!

The shelter is operated by Love I.N.C of the Kenai Peninsula. The Nikiski Shelter of Hope is a 22 bed facility. We are a communal emergency & transitional shelter serving families and single adults. Participants entering the shelter are encouraged to participate in a PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) plan. Participants who are actively working their Path plan but are not yet ready for permanent housing placement may have their shelter stay extended for 30 days. The Department of Environmental Conservation's Food Safety and Sanitation Program has confirmed the distribution of a recently recalled product in Alaska. Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. is voluntarily recalling a limited number of select flavors of Outshine Fruit Bars due to possible foreign material contamination with glass.

The Nikiski Shelter of Hope is in need of Hamburger Patties, Hamburger Buns, Smoked Sausages / Weiner's, Hot Dog Buns, Mustard, Ketchup, Relish, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, watermelon, cookies & variety of chips. Please drop off at the shelter, 50720 Kenai Spur Hwy, Kenai (next door to the Church of Christ.
