The purpose of the KWCL is to promote the general welfare of the people living in the subdivision of Kemp Woods . KWCL maintains the front entranceway, hosts membership meetings, sponsors community events (annual block party, semi-annual yard sales, Holiday luminaries) and children's events (Easter Egg Hunt, Fourth of July Parade, Halloween Parade). Through our monthly meetings we serve as a liaison between the police and our community to provide information regarding safety issues.
