Good Morning, Volunteers!
REMINDER TODAY, OCT. 2nd - 3PM at CAT SCRATCH KITCHEN - we will be stuffing goodie bags for the tournament.
Then, join us at the Bayou Scramble Welcome Party at Nauti Mike's from 5-7PM. Drink specials plus chips, queso, and salsa provided. Volunteer shirts will also be available for pick up.

REMINDERS FOR TOURNAMENT DAY MONDAY, OCT. 3rd

Thank you for volunteering for the 3rd Annual Bayou Scramble Charity Golf Tournament. We appreciate your time & service and want everyone to have fun on the course too!

If possible, please arrive at Bay Forest Golf Course 201 Bay Forest Dr, La Porte, TX 77571 by 11:00am to help complete any set up. Registration begins at Noon.

Following registration, volunteers will be stationed at each hole. This is to ensure proper participation; plus at certain holes volunteer sign off of the longest drive, etc. will be necessary.

Please come prepared!
We suggest the following items should you have them and are able to bring them:
Chair
Small cooler with ice - Water, gatorade, beer will be provided at the course
Sharpie/pen
Sunscreen
Bug Spray
Cap & Sunglasses
Phone charger
Umbrella or small pop-up for extra shade

Please let us know if you have any questions. If you are not able to stay the entire tournament, let us know immediately so we can ensure enough folks at each hole.
