šŸ”„ This Memorial Day, keep little ones safe around the grill! šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

Grills can get extremely hot—so make sure kids stay at least 3 feet away at all times. Create a ā€œkid-free zoneā€ around your grill to prevent burns and accidents.

āœ”ļø Set clear boundaries before you start cooking
āœ”ļø Remind kids that the grill stays hot even after you’re done
āœ”ļø Always supervise while the grill is in use

A simple 3-foot rule can make all the difference. Let’s keep the day fun, safe, and worry-free! ā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™

As you’re out finding all the deals this summer, here’s an important reminder:
🚫 Garage Sales Aren’t for Car Seats 🚫
Car seats might look fine on the outside, but you can’t always see their history. A seat that’s been in a crash, is expired, missing parts, or has been stored improperly may not protect a child the way it should.

Why this matters:
Most car seats expire (usually 6–10 years from manufacture)
You can’t verify if it’s ever been in a crash
Parts, manuals, or labels may be missing
Safety standards change over time
When it comes to kids, we don’t take chances with safety.

What you CAN do with old car seats:
āœ”ļø Recycle them during trade-in events (like Target’s Car Seat Trade-In)
āœ”ļøCut the straps and dispose of them with your household garbage.

Let’s keep our community safe while you’re out finding great deals, skip the car seats and stick to items you can trust!

Did you know that convertible or multi-mode car seats have two belt paths? One for forward-facing and one for rear-facing. When transitioning your child's car seat from one mode to another (rear-facing to forward-facing or vise versa) make sure you are using the correct belt path for installation either by looking at the car seat manual or the stickers on the car seat. The information for rear facing and forward facing is color coded on the labels.
