Stay tuned to this page! We celebrated our club last night at our Annual Installation and Awards Dinner. It was held at the Longview Country Club. Great food and the service was awesome. It was a bitter-sweet evening, as I ended my 3 years as President, but had the pleasure of seeing Wayne Lunday be installed as the new President, 5 minutes after he finished his term as Lt Governor, he was installed by the new Lt Governor Sheila McLain. Also, welcome Hal Mahnke to our Board, thank you Hal.

Discovery High School and Longview Virtual Academy celebrated their graduates on Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at Fathers House Church! Thank you everyone for all your hard work in guiding these fantastic students!

We had a great meeting today in our new meeting place, The Longview Eagles!

Our speaker today was Deputy Brady Spaulding and his K-9 partner Mylo. The Kelso Longview Kiwanis is proud to be a supporter of local Law Enforcement agency K-9 units.

Today, we presented a check for $3000 to Deputy Spaulding for the K-9 Unit. Our own Kiwanian Hal Mahnke, LPD Captain (retired) also presented an additional $1000. The Kiwanis Club is thankful for the personal and professional sacrifices our local Law Enforcement Officers go through to keep our community safe.
