You must know by now, but the true reason that Jackass is so much fun, is because we have the most AMAZING volunteers of any race around. For real. 🎤

They bring the energy, the goofiness, the costumes and the cowbell! Give a hand for these 100+ volunteers that line the course on race day! We couldn’t do it without them!!

🍻 Cheers to Jackass 2026!! 🎉

We have to admit… the race vibes today were pretty incredible. Thanks to all 700 runners, 100+ volunteers, community sponsors, and the hundreds of spectators who made today a dream 💛 Together we pulled off another year of the best half marathon in Idaho!!

🌙 Twas’ the night before Jackass
and all through the town,
the runners were sleeping,
the bibs were pinned down.

The start line was ready,
and the busses lined up.
The glitter was waiting,
the b**r was in cups.

The runners all snuggled
all soft in their beds,
while visions of race PRs
danced in their heads...

The weather was perfect,
year 7 was near,
race day was upon us,
it was practically here!

✨ HAPPY JACKASS EVE! ✨

We’ll see you at packet pick-up tonight at the village of Silver Mountain- outside of Noah’s Canteen! Look for the Jackass tents! BRING YOUR ID if you want a free b**r at the finish line! And yes! You can pick up for a friend- just make sure to bring a picture of their ID and an idea of what t-shirt size/color they want!

Packet pick-up tomorrow morning will be from 7-11:30 am in the Silver Mountain parking lot near the bus shuttle!
