We were asked to share the following story.
​I am writing to share Daisy Farley’s story in hopes that you might share it on your page. Daisy is a sweet 19-year-old girl from Irving, Texas who is fighting an incredibly tough battle against a rare brain cancer. We are launching a community-wide effort to help fund the life-saving treatment she needs to beat this diagnosis, and we would love your support.

​Daisy's Story:
​Nineteen-year-old Daisy Farley is in the fight of her life. Daisy was diagnosed in her freshman year of college with an ultra-rare and aggressive brain cancer (Medulloblastoma SHH-TP-53 Mutant with Mosaic Li-Fraumeni Syndrome).
​Daisy is facing a battle that requires treatments costing over $17,000 per month—expenses not covered by insurance as they are experimental and will be done after her full protocol at St. Jude. . Her family and friends have launched a campaign to cover these critical costs. Despite grueling surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy, and ongoing treatment, Daisy continues to inspire those around her with her courage, positivity, and strong faith.
​“Daisy has always been a fighter, and she refuses to give up hope,” said her mother, Angela Farley. “But we cannot do this alone. We are asking our community and beyond to stand with us in this battle. Every donation, every prayer, every share of Daisy’s story brings us closer to the care she desperately needs.”
​To date, supporters have helped raise about 59% of the family’s goal, but more is needed to sustain her care. Daisy has a heart full of faith, and we believe miracles can happen. Together, we can lighten the burden and give her the best possible chance. We have worked hard to supplement by fundraising with a car wash, bake sale, T-shirt sales, raffles, and bracelets.
