Getting creative with communications training!
C shift spent the morning building communication skills with an obstacle course. One person navigates blindfolded, relying only on radio communications from their partner for any movements and directions.

Fun exercises like these build trust and confidence in each other and ourselves when talking on the radio in high stress environments.

Congratulations to Bryce Sherwood on earning status as a Step-up Driver!

After multiple hours of drive time, prospective step-up Drivers must pass a pump scenario. Proctored by seasoned Drivers, the Step-up Driver pump scenario involves showing proficiency in pumping multiple hoses of varying diameters and nozzles. Strong work brother!
