Keizer Little League is currently operating with just 6 of the needed 11 board members, and that is no longer sustainable.

Without a minimum 11-member board, Keizer Little League will cease operations beginning in October.

Our upcoming meeting and elections will determine the future of KLL:

20 Little League Majors Baseball Teams from around the world have punched their ticket to play in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA starting tomorrow at 9AM, August 19th on ESPN! SoundView Little League won our Northwest Region and play at 12PM against Phenix City Youth Baseball LL. Play hard and have fun!

🚨 KEIZER LITTLE LEAGUE NEEDS YOU! ⚾🥎

We’re looking for 11 amazing volunteers to step up and join the Keizer Little League Board for the upcoming season! ❤️

There’s a role for all kinds of talents and interests:

⭐ President – A natural leader who loves bringing people together and helping shape the future of our league.

⚾ VP of Baseball – Help guide and support our baseball programs.

🥎 VP of Softball – Help grow and support our softball programs.

📣 Secretary – Love organization, communication, social media and keeping everyone informed? This could be YOU!

💰 Treasurer – Have an aptitude for budgets, numbers and spreadsheets? We could use you!

🧢 Umpire Coordinator – Great at coordinating people and schedules? Help make sure our games have the umpires they need.

⚾ Tee Ball Director – Love working with our youngest players and creating a fun first Little League experience?

👥 Player Agent – Organized and detail-oriented? Help with players, registration, rosters and league logistics.

🦺 Safety Officer – Help us keep safety a priority for our players, coaches and families.

🏆 Coaching Coordinator – Support our coaches and help them feel prepared and successful.

💙 Sponsorship & Donations Coordinator – Love connecting with local businesses and community members? Help us build partnerships and raise support for our league!

Having 11 board members each taking ownership of their area allows us to spread out the workload, support one another and make sure no one person becomes overwhelmed.

You don’t need previous board experience. You don’t need to know everything. You just need to be willing to show up, contribute and help make Keizer Little League the best experience possible for our kids!

The Little League Baseball World Series is in full swing! For those not familiar with the format this should help. Right now on ESPN you are watching 10 different Boys Majors Regional Tournaments. When finished Little League will have more than 340 games broadcast on ESPN platforms this summer around the world!

*Keizer Little League Inc. is in the Northwest Region which is made up of Little Leagues from Oregon, Alaska (Abbott O Rabbit LL - Anchorage this year), Idaho, and Washington.
*Idaho (West Valley LL - Eagle, ID) beat Washington (Soundview LL - Tacoma, WA) today and advances to the regional championship game.
*This year Oregon is represented by Bend North LL and play Washington tomorrow at Noon. Winner advances to play Idaho on Thursday at 6PM on ESPN in San Bernardino, CA to represent the Northwest Region in South Williamsport, PA.
*The Little League World Series Tournament is 8/19-8/30 and is comprised of 20 teams; 10 US teams and 10 international teams.
*There are 10 regions in the US and the winner of each region moves on to the LLWS. The 10 international teams are Little Leagues from: Asia-Pacific, Australia, Canada, Caribbean, Cuba, Curacao, Europe-Africa, Japan, Latin America, Panama.

Fall ball registration is open!

This season focuses on skill development and keeping kids excited for the regular spring season.

Practices will be 1-2 evenings per week with games on Sunday afternoons.

Blue Mountain Little League takes home the win over Willow Creek tonight for the 8-9-10 State Championship!

What a fun night!! The championship game for the 9-10-11 Division between West Salem Little League and Hood River Little League. The girls played hard even in the crazy heat (it was 103 degrees when the game started) and it was a battle.

Congratulations to Hood River - taking home 1st place!
