Our first summer teen camp in the books and it blew my expectations away!! These kids were on point every single day and up for the challenge. They worked hard every single day and not one person quit when it was hard. Just the opposite actually. They all stepped up and wanted more. Pushed themselves. And finished every single task / workout. So proud of them! Beyond proud actually. Got so much knowledge from great guest speakers every day and I would like to think they each took something special away from this week. And huge thank you to all our guest speakers and our coaches Esera and .e.o These coaches are amazing! Also our teammate for showing up today to help with sparring. Love you all and wish this crew nothing but success and good decisions. Follow your values and write down your goals! 👊🏽

What an amazing night! We are honored and excited for the support. The She Flies mission to support, engage, and celebrate girls and women in sports across Oregon is so impactful and we are going to help make that happen in our community thanks to 🥊

I have wanted a place where I could take my family and we could workout / exercise together for so long and it’s finally here! Say hello to Family Fitness! The goal is to push each other, spend time together, make memories, and get healthy together. Have your kids put you through a workout or you make them do your workout. Teach them and show them that fitness can be fun. We will have coaches / trainers on site for tips, ideas, and also to show you some boxing drills if that’s what you want to do. This is not meant to be a daycare for your kids while you workout! This is meant for you and your “family” to workout together. Please message us with any questions and we look forward to seeing you there!

Our 5 day teen summer camp is going to amazing!

Main fitness focus is boxing and learning how to properly workout (strength and conditioning). This will happen each day.

Our other focus is talking to these kids about things like nutrition, preparing for college, power of positive and how to set yourself up for success, how to set goals and keeping track of them, and also a great motivational speaker.
