We Celebrate you and your commitment and service to Marion County!! Thank you Paige Clarkson

After nearly three decades of dedicated service to Marion County, District Attorney Paige Clarkson has retired.

The Salem Police Department extends our sincere appreciation to Paige for her many years of leadership, professionalism, and commitment to public safety and the victims of crime. Throughout her tenure, she has been a valued partner in our shared mission of serving and protecting the Salem community.

As we welcome Marion County's next District Attorney Brendan Murphy into his new role, we look forward to continuing the strong partnership between the Salem Police Department and the Marion County District Attorney’s Office. With approximately two decades of experience in the DA’s Office, Brendan brings continuity, experience , and a shared commitment to the community we serve.

While leadership changes, our shared commitment remains constant: supporting victims, pursuing justice, and working together to keep our community safe.

Thank you, Paige, for your years of dedicated service, and congratulations to Brendan as he takes on this new chapter of leadership!
