I spy a butterfly, and what else do I see?
Why look over there—a brand-new grocery!
Keeseville is a town just bustling with cheer,
With neighbors and progress, a bright future is near.

NY Foward adds vision, a shining new light,
Guiding our towns to futures so bright.
Our civic center stands with promise and plans,
Where new business may come to open and expand.

From history’s roots to tomorrow’s new day,
Keeseville grows stronger in every way.
A town full of spirit, of kindness, and drive,
Where Ausable and Chesterfield join together with pride!

The banquet was held!!🎓

“The dining room at the VFW Post 1505, comfortably hosted over 80 alumni, all of whom filled the space with smiles, laughter, and a true sense of joy.”

Thank you all for attending! We had a great number in attendance. The dinner and dessert were superb!

Thank you to Mark Burrell and the staff. They all worked very hard to accommodate our needs.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated officers and committee members for their hard work and commitment in assessing the scholarship applications as well as coordinating the banquet. Your dedication is what makes the Association’s mission a success! Your efforts truly make the evening special for everyone!

We are a small Association doing big things!

The Keeseville Alumni Committee is so excited to welcome our alumni members to the banquet, and we want to take a moment to give a heartfelt thank you to the VFW Post 1505, Mark and Rosemary Burrell, along with their staff, for going above and beyond in preparing such a beautiful space for our event.

Their generosity, effort, and attention to detail have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we can’t wait for you all to experience.

Thank you to everyone who came this evening to put the final touches in the room!

As if there isn’t already enough excitement this weekend with our upcoming Alumni Banquet 7/19, there will also be an even higher level of activity in Keeseville, with tons of great activities! Every July, the quiet charm of our local community transforms into an artistic hub that draws painters from across the Northeast—artists whose talent and passion bring new life to our beloved small town. Following months of intensive preparation and planning, Keeseville will host its annual Community Arts Festival which begins on Tuesday as 40 accomplished artists— some nationally recognized— will spend the week creating original artworks inspired by our region’s landscapes, architecture, and character. Watch for them all around the community as they craft their creations, and then visit the Plein Air Art Show & Sale Opening Reception at the Old Stone Mill, 126 Ausable Street on Friday, July 18 from 5 to 8pm. Stop in to see the artists’ interpretation of some of your favorite places around Keeseville. Will they choose to depict a site that holds special memories for you? If you can’t make it on Friday evening, don’t worry; the Art Show continues as well on Saturday from 10am to 2pm, and the always-popular Arts in the Park right outside the Stone Mill will have tons of fun, free activities for families. Important note: Ausable Street will be one-way traffic only during main festival events on Friday and Saturday, to accommodate street parking for the festival. There will also be loads of special events through the week all around the towns; some free, some paid admission. Here’s a link to more information-

AdkAction's annual celebration of arts and artists fans out across Keeseville, with several local organizations and businesses holding visual and performing arts events as part of the community revitalization effort.
