Welcome to the combined Patriot Summer Youth Program! INCLUDES Learn-To-Swim Program. Our 21st Century Program offers children the ability to explore their interests in games, music, outdoor activities, and more!
This is a combined program with AVCS and the towns of AuSable, Black Brook, Chesterfield and Jay. It is open to the residents of these towns. The program will be centrally located at AVCS MS-HS and will operate for 5 weeks starting on July 5th – August 3rd from 8:00-3:00. It will run on Monday – Thursday’s only. It is for K – 6th grade (current) students. This program will be organized through AuSable Valley Central School with the support of local towns, AVCS AmeriCorps VISTA, and 21st Century Grant. Free lunch and breakfast will be provided to all participants via the school district. The bus will pick up and drop off at central locations on both ends (AFES and KES) of the district.

You are able to register up to three (3) children per form.
Students can sign up for Summer Program, Summer Program and Learn-To-Swim Program, or just the Learn-To-Swim Program. All Registrations will go through this form. ***Deadline for registration is April 4, 2023*** This will be a hard deadline this year, as we need time to organize programming and staffing. Those who sign up after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list and if space becomes available, we will let parents know.
