πŸ’™ Keene Police is proud to support Blue for Bucks and the important work the CAC does to protect children and support families throughout New Hampshire. πŸ’™

Each October, Keene Police proudly supports Blue for Bucks, a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign that brings New Hampshire communities together to raise funds for local Child Advocacy Centers (CACs).

Child Advocacy Centers play a vital role in helping children affected by abuse by providing a safe, supportive environment focused on healing, hope, and justice. Through coordinated investigations, forensic interviews, family support services, and referrals to medical and mental health care, CACs help children and their families navigate an incredibly difficult time. All services are provided at no cost to families.

We’ve heard the rumors… We’ve seen the forecast… We’ve watched the Nor’easter roll into New England.

So, naturally, everyone’s asking the important question:

β€œIs the KPOA Golf Tournament still happening tomorrow?”

The answer is…

ABSOLUTELY. WE’RE STILL ON. πŸ˜‚β›³οΈ

Apparently, it takes more than a Nor’easter, sideways rain, hurricane-force winds, and questionable course conditions to keep a bunch of cops away from a golf tournament. We aren’t the fire department… we don’t stage away.

Tomorrow, September 28th β€” we’re teeing off as scheduled. πŸŒοΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Bring your clubs.
Bring your rain gear.
Bring your sense of humor.
And maybe bring a life jacket. πŸŒŠπŸ˜‚
