Chesco, Inc., a nonprofit organization with more than 40 years of serving individuals with disabilities, is seeking a Program Manager to support the Associate Director in the leadership and daily operations of our residential program. This role combines leadership with hands-on support, ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services while fostering a positive and supportive environment for both the people we serve and our staff.

Qualified candidates will have prior professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, as well as 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Beyond experience, we're looking for someone who leads with compassion, integrity, and accountability. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring and developing staff, building strong relationships, solving challenges collaboratively, and creating an environment where individuals with disabilities are empowered to thrive and reach their fullest potential.
