Not only having a sound mind, but having a sound body means being a balanced man.

Over a week ago, two of our brothers embodied that ideal. Congratulations to Jacob Stegman on competing with the UNK Powerlifting Team, and Jacob Petr on completing a triathlon in Omaha.

We’re proud to see our brothers challenging themselves, pursuing excellence, and living out the Balanced Man principle both inside and outside the classroom. Keep up the great work!

We had an awesome time at our Grand Island Recruitment event! Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the afternoon with us. From boating and yard games to great food and conversations, it was a great opportunity to meet some outstanding young men and show them what SigEp is all about.

We’re grateful for everyone who attended and made this event such a success.

This past week, our brother Jacob Petr had the opportunity to attend the Sigma Phi Epsilon (Official) 2026 Ruck Leadership Institute.

During the experience, Jacob connected with brothers from across the nation, developed his leadership skills, and had the privilege of meeting and speaking with our grand chapter president.

We’re proud of Jacob for representing our chapter and grateful for everyone who helped make this experience possible. We can’t wait to send more brothers to Ruck in the future!
