Livestrong at the Y was an amazing experience! It was so helpful to learn about services available to camber patients and survivors. Anne and Jeff were so helpful in guiding the classes and teaching us about the different exercises and machine's, as well as how to adapt things for our unique needs. I highly recommend Livestrong to any cancer survivors

The best thing I have ever done for myself!

After my cancer treatments I was so tired and felt like no matter what I did I just didn't have the energy to make it through a day.

The Livestrong program gave me the energy I needed to go to work and keep up with the demands of the salon.

I can't say enough about how awesome the friends that I met through the program are! The chats and helping each other learn about exercise and nutrition and encouraging each other to come to class and even come other days during the week has really helped me to want to be there all of the time!

There's so much more that I could say to encourage everyone to come to this class!

If you do something for yourself this year, make it Livestrong at the YMCA in kearney!

Livestrong through the YMCA, has made a positive impact in my life.
The instructors show kindness and support through our group discussions.
They go out of their way to provide speakers to educate and answer questions regarding our cancer journey.
I have become physically stronger through the exercise program and have made lasting friendships.
