Okay, Kearney. We need you to understand how BIG this one is.
The cocoa that started behind the counter at Barista’s Daily Grind is now on the shelves at Nordstrom stores across the country.
Yep. That Nordstrom.
Our sister company, Cup of Coa, just launched its full line of cocoa flavors nationally with one of the most recognized luxury retailers in America.
And we really need our hometown to know: Cup of Coa is, and always will be, a Kearney, Nebraska company.
Long before there were beautiful tins and national retailers, there were Barista’s customers drinking our cocoa. You ordered it. You told your friends about it. You gave it as gifts. You helped us believe that something we made here could belong somewhere much bigger.
Now we’re taking that little Kearney secret with us.
If you’ve wondered why you haven’t seen Jasmin around the shops quite as much lately, this is a little piece of the answer. She believes so deeply in where Cup of Coa can go that she relocated to Omaha to be closer to an airport—and these days, that airport gets used a LOT. There are planes to catch, stores to visit and a whole lot of people around the country who still need to learn what great cocoa is supposed to taste like.
And we’re just getting started.
