That's a wrap! Our 2026/27 Annual Training Retreat at Johnson Lake is in the books, and we had another great year!

From "Hell's Best Kept Secret" (Ray Comfort) to "Examining where someone is at in their spiritual journey," to "One Verse Evangelism" (Aiden Neal) we learned fundamental truths on sharing the Biblical plan of salvation. We had excellent times of worship and personal reflection as well!

Of course, it wouldn't be a training retreat without our friends at Step Up To Life! Big thanks to Lincoln Murdoch for training us on "Steps leading to Salvation" (Elmer Murdoch).

Also, we are truly grateful to the cabin owners who generously give us their cabins for this week long retreat - thank you!

Next up: Mock event set-up. We take 3 days and train on stage, sound, lighting, etc.

Our first major outreach of the year will be at Vermillion High School in South Dakota on September 23rd!!!

If you're not familiar with the Todd Becker Foundation, this is a very moving, life-changing story about 18-year-old Todd Becker who was killed in a drunk driving accident as a senior in high school. From that tragedy, Todd's brother Keith was deeply impacted by his need to turn away from the "highway to destruction" and follow Christ on the "Narrow Road."

This story has been heard by over 100,000 high school students across the Midwest, and has brought countless lives to Jesus Christ. You will truly be moved by this event!

Features the Christian touring band, "All the Noise." Doors open at 6:40 pm, event from 7-9. Free admission. We'd love to see you there!!!

Another great year of Livin Out Loud! Smaller stage, but same BIG IMPACT!

This is one year we will never forget - so many ways that God moved in the midst of crumbled stage in the background. If you see a volunteer this week, thank them for their hard work and dedication to the Lord through the storm. They pushed through some really, really challenging stuff and kept their focus on Christ in it all. Well done, Livin Out Loud!!!!

Sometimes life doesn't go as planned. Last night's (Friday night) storms destroyed the stage for Livin Out Loud.

But it's in these moments that God shows his faithful hand and that He is in charge - not us. We have a choice to trust God and be faithful to the call to serve Him - and leave the outcomes, circumstances and situations in His hands. There are things in life we simply cannot control - like a heartbreaking health diagnosis, or the loss of a loved one, or the hurt of betrayal - or the weather.

Yet God is Lord over it all and we must press on, even when we don't understand or know "why." We have a choice to keep walking by faith - and that is exactly what we'll do!!!

Tonight's Livin Out Loud is STILL ON! And although it will look totally different, God is orchestrating a testimony and plan even though we never planned it to be this way. This is where He often works the most - when our plans change and His plans reign! PLEASE COME AND SEE WHAT GOD HAS IN STORE...we don't have it all figured out yet, but HE IS DOING SOMETHING beyond what we can see!

So, here we go for another year of Livin Out Loud and seeing how He will use this 2026 event for HIS GLORY!

This weekend in Gothenburg, Nebraska - it's Livin Out Loud 2026!!!!

We absolutely love all that these folks do - their ministry heart, the great artists they bring in, the way they impact thousands for the name of Christ - we are honored to be a part of it each year. It is sort of like a family reunion for us all!!!!!

In June we hosted our "STINT Signing Day" and welcomed new interns and their families for a special ceremony. It was a great day!

Congratulations to Myles, Rowan, Keith, Donovan, Kimber, Abigail, Lucy, and Bellina - our 2026/27 STINT Interns!!! They will move to Kearney and join our team in mid-August. We can't wait to see how God grows and uses each one of them this coming year!

STINT is a 9-month discipleship journey that takes recently graduated high school students and helps them grow more solid and secure in their Christian faith. As interns travel the midwest putting on outreach events in public high schools, they learn how to share the Gospel by putting their STINT teachings into practice during each event.

They have come so far in these past 9-months, and we couldn’t be more proud of them!! We are SO sad to see them go, but so excited to see how God continues to work through them!
