She did it! First female Eagle Scout for Troop 339 and in the Covered Wagon District of Mid-America Council. As soon as girls were allowed to join the BSA (now called Scouting America) Adellyn signed up and never looked back. I made her a shirt that said “Future Eagle Scout” and she wore it with pride until she outgrew it. She has grown as a leader and has become an incredibly responsible young woman because of her involvement with Scouts. I’m super proud of her and am so excited to celebrate her accomplishment with a Court of Honor!

It's almost time for WAFFLES!!!

The scouts are pretty excited about this fundraiser so tell your friends, family, neighbors, and strangers you pass on the street! Even tell your dog - Fido can help wash dishes LeaveNoTrace style!

We'll see you Sunday at First Lutheran Church's Centennial Hall.
