Just a reminder that Ms. Sharp will be at the school barn this Wednesday, June 17th at 4:00 pm to validate State Fair lambs, if you bought a tag.

A parent and an exhibitor will need to be there. If you have any questions, please let Mr. Hartley know.

Last night we attended the District 1 FFA Convention in Royse City! We listened to our talent team Cayden Fowler and Daniel Corker rock the stage and bring home 2nd place! We collected a few more CDE banners! Claire Corder gave her retiring address as the District 1 Reporter for the 2025-2026 school year, we will miss having her represent the Kaufman FFA at the district level! To wrap up the night our very own Braelyn Leftwich was voted in as the 2026-2027 District 1 FFA PRESIDENT!!! We are so proud of how well this entire chapter has done this year! 💙💛 Be on the lookout for info about Area Convention!!!

2 teams, 2 days, 2 USDA offices, 2 high schools, 1 university and 815 miles. Just a normal road trip for our Cotton and Wool teams as they traveled to Lubbock for the Texas Tech State CDE contests. It also marked the last judging contest for some of our seniors. We will greatly miss Addyson, Claire, Jaela and Laney.

Wool finished 17th in the state, their highest placing there yet!
Cotton was just outside of the top ten placing 11th in the state.
We are super proud of all of these students for their hard work and dedication.
