This is the first year we are not running in the Houston Marathon and it feels a little weird.

Running For A Reason!!!

We are excited to once again be participating in the "Run For a Reason" Program with Vanessa's Big Heart Foundation.

Jimmy Kimmel's emotional announcement that his newborn son arrived with a serious congenital heart defect has been viewed countless times.

It was very hard to watch this video of very raw emotions expressed by Jimmy Kimmel of his newborn baby who was just born with a congenital heart defect.
We know those emotions all too well and we know they happen everyday to so many parents.
I am so glad Jimmy Kimmel's baby was able to have 1 of several surgeries and that he is doing well.
I echo his feelings of always being thankful to the Nurses & Doctors who not only save lives every day but comfort and re-assure scared parents.
Money raised through Vanessa's Big Heart Foundation will always go to Texas Childrens Hospital!
