🌟 Let’s hear it for Denise Berger Hartman, our August Woman of the Month! 🏆! 🌟At our lunch this Wednesday, we had the absolute honor of celebrating Denise as Elizabeth Gonzalez presented her with this well-deserved award. She shared how Denise consistently leads by example and shows up over and over and over again for everyone in our community. ❤️

We are all incredibly grateful for her dedicated leadership, especially as she guides us as our President this year. Thank you for everything you do, Denise—you inspire us daily! 🙌✨

One of the best parts of VPEN is the incredible women who make up our community, and we're excited to welcome another amazing member. Take a moment to get to know Genevieve by reading her story below, and help us give her a warm welcome in the comments!

Meet Genevieve Himes-
Genevieve is a Texas licensed Mortgage Loan Originator serving Victoria and the surrounding counties, dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve homeownership, refinancing goals, real estate investing, and also offering full credit report repair. Genevieve has nearly two decades of experience spanning real estate, mortgage lending, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, bringing a unique perspective to every client and partner relationship.

Before entering the mortgage industry, twenty-one years ago, Genevieve built a successful career as a licensed REALTOR® specializing in residential and luxury real estate and later founded and operated her own businesses, which included an investment company and a commercial cleaning company. Her professional background gives her a unique understanding of the agent experience, as well the home buying process, business development, marketing, and exceptional client service.

During her college studies, at the University of Arizona, Genevieve was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) in recognition of her academic achievement. Several of Genevieve’s academic projects were selected by faculty as instructional examples for future classes. One of her favorite seasons is the University of Arizona Men’s Basketball season! Go Cats!

Most importantly, serving has always been at the heart of Genevieve’s personal and professional life. She currently serves as the Sponsorship Team Leader for the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine in Victoria, the Night to Shine event planning committee, and an advisor for the Driscoll STAR Kids Health Plan Member Advisory Board. Serving her family, Riverside Church family, dearest friends and community brings her the greatest joy.
