Initiatives include refugee assistance, education funding for impoverished communities, and support programs such as water wells & food and clothing drives. This non-profit is dedicated to the memory of Homera Aamar, who was an active and charismatic member of the community. She inspired others through her unfiltered giving and social work initiatives.

Assalam u Allaikum (wrwb),

On November 21st, FEAST hosted a food drive to serve hot food to 250 people in the Houston community.

This food drive could not have been made possible by our generous volunteers (16-18 ppl) who dedicated the event in memory of Homera, the founding member of the organization.

May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannah. Ameen.

Assalam u Allaikum (wrwb),

It didn't take us long after our first project to get going on the next one. On November 17th, we helped feed 14 refugee families during these tough times.

We bought, organized, and delivered the groceries to the respective families.

Thank you again to everyone that contributed and helped to make this possible.

Assalam u Allaikum (wrwb),

Alhumdullilah, our first project in Homera's memory was completed on November 5th.

We met our target of raising $1600 to help our sister and her parents pay their rent and bills. She was also able to buy uniforms for her kids to attend school. May Allah accept your contributions towards her family and reward you with His Grace. Ameen.

We hope to carry Homera's legacy by continuing to do our part and helping those in need. She was an inspiration to us all and we hope to keep her social and philanthropy work active.
