Heavenly Father, thank You. Thank You for always showing up for me and for always giving me another chance.

God, today I pray for mothers who are trying. Mothers who take action. Mothers who, no matter what, turn back to You more times than they turn back to the world.

Lord, please continue to guide me. Remove every distraction from my life that blocks the path You have chosen for me.

Thank You for showing up every single day.

I pray for moms who show up every single day in their children’s lives. Mothers who show up no matter the circumstances and whose intentions are rooted in love. Lord, remove any hurt. Remove anything that does not serve a mother and her children.

I pray for peace within families. Teach us how to love, how to forgive, and how to release anything that does not help our families grow.

I pray for every mother who continues to show up through adversity. Strengthen their minds, their hearts, their finances, their homes, and their work.

And Father, I pray for myself too. Please continue to shield and protect us. Help us keep showing up even when we are hurting. Help us heal.

In Your Son Jesus’ name, Amen.

To the parents of students who didn’t graduate this year…please hear me when I say: it’s okay.
Life doesn’t always go as planned, but that doesn’t mean the journey is over. If your child was supposed to graduate this year or even last year…and they didn’t, don’t lose hope. There are still options, and there’s still time.

Reach out to the school and ask: What are the exact requirements for my child to still earn their diploma? Sometimes it’s just a few missing credits, a test, or summer coursework. It’s not too late.

And if a GED is a better fit, that’s okay too. In many cases, a GED opens the same doors as a diploma and what matters most is finishing what they started. Especially now, while the material is still fresh and their minds are still in “school mode,” this summer could be a great opportunity to refocus, study, and lock in.

Encourage your kids to take this seriously. Most jobs that offer a livable wage require either a high school diploma or GED. One is not better than the other, it’s about taking the step forward.

So if you’re unsure where to start or just need someone to walk this out with you…reach out. Whether it’s connecting you with resources, study groups, or support, we’re here to help.
