Discovery Athletic Club We are a truly low cost child-centric youth soccer program in KC. Our passion is to help kids grow by learning how to properly play the sport in a fun setting.

We believe that no child should ever be excluded from a sport due to costs. At Discovery Soccer Academy we are challenging the status quo by offering competitive level training at recreational league prices. Our child-centric approach means your young player will be challenged physically and mentally in a stress-free and age appropriate manner. We not only want players to become better on the field but we want to see them succeed off the field as well. Ages U5- U12.

⚽ Ever wonder why Norway keeps producing some of the world’s most complete athletes? No scoreboards for kids under 13. No travel teams. No early specialization. Just play, joy, and whole-child development, and it works. Norway consistently punches above its weight on the world stage, built on the idea that a youth sports philosophy without scorekeeping, early specialization, or national championships for children creates stronger, happier athletes down the road.

That’s the spirit behind Discovery Athletic Club. Low coach-to-player ratios. Positive encouragement over pressure. Kids exploring the game instead of standing in lines waiting for a turn. We believe in building confident, joyful players first and letting the results take care of themselves.

We can’t believe the season is already wrapping up.
Join us this Thursday for our End-of-Season Scrimmage.
As part of our end of season activities we will also have:
