Congratulations to Bella Thompson, (11-12 girl) who was selected to the Missouri Valley Midwest All-Star Team! To become a Midwest All-Star Team member, Bella had to go through an application process and had to have A times in the 11-12 age group. Bella will be competing on Team MV in the Midwest All-Stars meet in Des Moines, IA on January 9-11. This is an incredible accomplishment for Bella, and we are extremely proud of her! Way to go Bella!

Congratulations to our NLU Hammerheads who set three new team records during LCM Champs! We hope to have some new records and fast swims again this year!

Congratulations to the following athletes for making the Missouri Valley Top 5! A swimmer is in the Top 5 if they posted one of the five best performances following this criteria:

USA Swimming Age Groups (10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18)
Short Course Yards and Long Course Meters
Members will be recognized at the Annual Athlete Awards on September 19, 2025. Julian Locke is also in the running for 12u performance of the year.

What a fantastic start to the season! 🏊‍♀️ We've officially kicked off the short course season!

Day one is in the books, and it was a great way to start. A huge welcome to our two new coaches, Chelsea and Nick! We're so excited to have them join the Northland United family, and we got some awesome new pictures of all of our amazing coaches too.
