MISSION...The GKCC seeks to meet the educational needs of progressive and critical care nurses through educational opportunities and scholarship support.

The Greater Kansas City Chapter of AACN was established in 1973 and continues to be very active in serving the community with award winning programming and activities through educational programming and scholarship support. We are role models for the public for critical care nursing. The GKC AACN actively supports AACN, certification, and encouraging students or RNs to enter this exciting field.
