The New P.O.S.S.E. FOUNDED IN 1995 WE ARE NOW CELEBRATING 18 YEARS OF WORKING WITH AND SUPPORTING YOUTH IN KANSAS CITY AND ABROAD. The P.O.S.S.E.

is a youth leadership organization that recruits and trains teens in the areas of peer mentoring, team building, anger management, leadership, social & life skills development. We give them the tools to survive in today's world through training, relationship building and exposing them to new environments in-order to create an in-school support system that help youth stay in school and focus on t

heir education. So whether they are members of a gang, on one of the schools athletic teams or on the honor role, we want them to be successful in life.
