We proudly celebrated four incredible women who completed the 2025 Success Starter Program led by Dress for Success Worldwide!

Through this program, participants strengthened their business readiness, built confidence, and developed business plans, all of which are essential steps in their entrepreneurial and economic mobility journey.

We are so proud of these women for their dedication, growth, and unwavering determination. We look forward to seeing where their journey takes them next!

We are excited and honored to be a part of this program!

Exciting news!

We are proud to share that our Dress for Success Kansas City program was selected as one of ten Dress for Success affiliates nationwide to participate in the Success Starter Program, sponsored by The Coca-Cola Company. This entrepreneurship initiative was designed to equip women with the tools, training, and confidence to launch or grow their own for-profit businesses.

Five incredible women from our Kansas City community were chosen for this 12-week journey, where they’ll gain hands-on training in business and marketing planning, bookkeeping and financial management, market research, product development, and more. Each participant is paired with an entrepreneur who serves as a volunteer mentor, providing guidance and encouragement every step of the way.

We recently kicked off the program with an inspiring first meeting where participants met and connected with their mentors. We are honored to celebrate and support these women as they take bold steps toward their dreams!
