🐟 TANK SHOT TUESDAY
Show us your tanks.
Clean, dirty, planted, bare, brand new, been running for 10 years, one fish, way too many fish... whatever you’ve got.
Doesn’t have to be Instagram-worthy. We just want to see them.
Drop a tank shot in the comments. 📸

🐟 Show Me Monday

Let’s start a new one.

Every Monday, show us what you’ve got going on in your fish room.

I’ll go first. These are some Medaka (Japanese Ricefish, Oryzias latipes) that will be making an appearance at the Aqua Auction. A couple of local breeders are bringing some in, so there should be some interesting ones to check out.

But yours doesn’t have to be auction-related. Fish you’re breeding, something you just picked up, a plant you’re growing out, a tank you’re working on, whatever.

Drop a picture in the comments. I want to see what everybody’s working on.

And since we’re getting closer to Aqua Auction 2:
Saturday, October 17th
Gladstone Community Center

Viewing starts at 11:30 AM, auction starts at 12:00 PM. Admission is free.

HAAS+ members have priority registration, available now through the Members Only page at kcfishclub.org. Public registration opens October 1st.

🐟 THE AQUA AUCTION IS STARTING TO FILL UP...

Saturday, October 17th
11:30 AM viewing
12:00 PM auction starts

It’s Friday, so here’s a little preview of what’s already being lined up for Aqua Auction 2.

And this is just the early list.

We’re already hearing about L397 plecos, green & gold dragon bristlenose, snow white bristlenose, longfin and calico bristlenose, super reds, red dot gold severums, peacocks, killifish, rams, angelfish, black acara, shell dwellers, Congo tetras, rainbowfish, Synodontis, blue badis, cherry barbs, danios, guppies, mollies, shrimp, plants and more.

Then there’s the equipment.

Aquariums, glass tops, strip lights, 36" bulbs, UV filters, grab bags, and plenty of other aquarium stuff.

And because this is an aquarium auction, there’s a decent chance someone is going to show up with something that wasn't on anybody's list.

Gladstone Community Center
6901 N Holmes St
Gladstone, MO
FREE ADMISSION

We’re still about three weeks out, so there’s plenty more to come. We’ll keep sharing what sellers are bringing as the auction gets closer.

HAAS+ members can already register their auction lots through the Members Only page. Public seller registration opens October 1st.

So, you know... maybe start making room in the fish room now.
You have three weeks to pretend you’re not going to buy anything.
