Each April since 1981, OVC has helped lead communities throughout the country in their annual observances of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW) by promoting victims’ rights and honoring crime victims and those who advocate on their behalf. Annually community organizations like FACE 2 FACE: The Carleton Org., Adhoc Group Against Crime, AIM 4 Peace, and Probation and Parole take a role in e

ducating victims and bringing awareness to crime during National Crime Victims Rights Week. This year we will embrace the national Theme: "Extending the Vision and Reaching Every Victim" through working together with an alike mindset of
"1Community 1Cause!"
