Today, DeMolays around the world remember our Founder, Dad Frank Sherman Land. At the age of 29, Dad Land was an accomplished small business owner and was doing good work for humanity as the director of social services at the Valley of Kansas City, AASR. In meeting with Louis Lower he recognized the need for young men in the modern world to have positive role models and to be empowered to lead and make their own decisions.
