The Bridge Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged youths, particularly teen moms and their infants and girls ages 8-18, who are victims of abuse or neglect. The purpose of the Bridge Home is provide a safe, loving environment for disadvantaged children to help them develop into responsible, contributing members of the community.
