Just as important for customers to have standards to the business they want to patronize it’s just as important for business owners when accepting clients
Here are some tips .
*You can find out a lot about potential client by how well they follows directions. (Make sure your directions are clear and precise)
* If you have a potential client it is not your job to convince them to patronize your business if they like what they see they will, if not that’s ok too .
(You will find out those type of client that you try to convince to accept your services will have you go against you own policies leaving room for errors on your behalf because you went against what works for your business ) If they want your business you won’t have to convince them to support.
*Clients who try to build as personal relationships while you’re doing business . Make sure you make it VERY clear the difference between business and personal . Be sure to refer them back to website and email when it comes to business transaction. Business is Business 😉
*Clients who try to make you negotiate your prices or who say things to make it sound like what you do is really simple, that’s a way to make you lower your price . (If it’s that simple do it your self ) stay firm on your prices.
(Recommendation : your prices are based on your labor, materials (if it’s a product), cost analysis, and the mark up margin you choose, calculations your target audience and geographic of whom you’re servicing )
