Men Mentoring Men Program

They say it takes a village and that’s exactly what we are trying to do. We are trying to develop these young men into great men. Every man’s life isn’t the same nor is the way you are brought up but having role models and people that hold you accountable is most definitely needed and in some cases wanted.

This exercise was for the young men to express their gratitude towards their parents saying thank you for the things they are most grateful for. A lot of me and have a hard time expressing themselves for whatever reason and we are trying to teach them early that it is OK to open up and be vulnerable. We want them to feel comfortable expressing themselves without worrying about others judging you. Getting outside of your comfort zone. Could be the exact thing you need to become the successful person you want to be.

We are still excepting young men for this program. Do not hesitate to sign your kid up or share the information with someone you know could benefit this program.

In 2013 I (Marcus Walker) was diagnosed with an enlarged heart that ultimately stopped me from playing professionally overseas. It brings me great joy that I am able to partner with great organizations like and to bring awareness to this condition.

We will be providing 55 FREE HEART SCREENINGS to athletes in the inner-city (Kansas City, MO)
