Real legalization cannot be accomplished by these worthless divisive profiteering initiatives. Nor can it be brought by state House or senate bills.
Why? Look for the hooks. I've outlined them in my critiques. They're on my website. READ. I assure you, those who are voting for "LegalMo22" haven't read my articles. Many have intentionally been blocked from viewing them. If they had read them, they would know better.
Why not house or senate bills? Because before either could possibly make it to law, they would be dissected, stripped and added to...then voted on, by both the house and senate, before being passed to the Governor who can still veto it.
I know. I've been doing this a very long time. I have spent way too much time testifying in state houses, in multiple states.
There is only one way. Truly REAL legalization. I have the way. And I have the tools. I have written and filed the initiatives.
Now is the time.
In critiquing bills and initiatives, it can be quite daunting trying to determine just exactly what it is that is motivating the author. Be assured - to date - I have yet to critique ANY policy – state or Federal - that had purely altruistic motivation. There is always a hidden agenda.
