The 2026–2027 AIJCA Junior Board had a great weekend in Kansas City for our Fall Board Meeting!

We spent time at Charolais Headquarters planning for the year ahead, working on upcoming events, and ended the weekend with a very competitive game of laser tag!

We’re excited for everything this year has in store and can’t wait to see our junior members along the way!

Attention Charolais Juniors

Boyert-Core’s annual “Show” Your Spirit Junior Nationals Day is coming up on September 23rd! Boyert-Core will be donating $500 to the breed with the largest number of submissions, and we want to see Charolais at the top!

Here’s how to participate:

👕 Grab your favorite Charolais Junior National shirt.
📸 Snap a quick picture before school or work.
📲 Post your picture on social media and show off your Charolais pride. Be sure to tag Boyert Show Cattle and AIJCA

Today, on National Intern Day and Haylie’s last day, we’re celebrating someone who has made a lasting impact on the AICA team.

As we also say goodbye to our summer intern, Haylie, we want to thank her for all of the hard work, positivity, and dedication she brought to our office these past few months. From helping make the AIJCA Junior National a success, to assisting throughout CharFocus, and keeping things running smoothly in the office, Haylie was always ready to jump in wherever she was needed.

Her willingness to learn, cheerful attitude, and strong work ethic have been a tremendous asset to our team. We are so grateful for everything she has contributed this summer, and while we’re excited to see all that lies ahead for her, she will certainly be missed around the office.

Thank you, Haylie, for an incredible summer. We wish you nothing but the very best in your next adventure!
