The Sale of this Project's Lots Started in 2005. Any Construction or Progress by the Developer came to a Stopping Point in 2008! The only Construction to the Project was the Entry Feature, as shown in the Photos! The Villa Michelle Marie Project's Plot Map has 199 Lots Divided and Sold to various Owners! (This makes 199 parts in Ownership for the Allocated Interest of the Common Areas, Specific to this Project.) The Project is full of Hills and Valleys, thus creating Timely Excavation for future Construction. The Power and Water Lines are to the outside perimeter of the Project. None of the Utilities or Infrastructure has passed into the actual Project and it's Parcels (Lots). Thus, the Construction Phases Specific Progression determines when your Lot receives the Utilities Infrastructure. The Marketed Housing Models are not Built on the Actual Property of this Project. (Location: 1/4 Mile from Central Pacific Ocean in Parrita, Playa Bandera, Costa Rica.) This Property is a Flat Rectangular Shaped Parcel with No Trees except on the Outline Perimeter of the Project Property. Construction would be Specific to the Plans with little to no Construction Excavation needed. The Community Areas are the Streets, very Minimal Easements (Unbuildable Areas), and the Amenities Areas are set aside to Establish Enhanced Activities for Owners of the Project. These were to include a Large Lagoon Style Community Pool and Jacuzzi with a SwimUp Bar, Beach Volleyball, BBQ Huts, and an Outdoor Massage Island. The Lot Owners also had Exclusive Rights to the Proposed Private Beach Club, less than 1/4 Mile away. (Also, See Beach Club Photos)

Any Power and Water Lines would only be to the Outside Property Lines, if any, with NO Infrastructure being started across the Project. This Project was designed with Specific Types of Housing, as it is a Flood Plain for the Pacific Ocean. The Housing Plans were to be built on 2-foot piers to save them from Flooding. When Arriving at the Pacific Ocean, there are Many Towns to Choose From Along the Coast Line! This Marriott Hotel is a Massive Complex with a Large Marina. You feel as if you are completely secluded from the Small Towns and it People...Somewhat our American Style! This Complex has Everything You Would Want...Golfing, Swimming Pools, Ocean Swimming, a Boat Rental Marina, Walking Trails, Gift Shops, Restaurants, & Much More. This Marriott is located just South of Jaco a Few Miles. The 2nd Hotel is Directly behind the Town of Jaco. It is More Touristic and you do have the Feel of the Small Towns and its People and Their LifeStyle! Enjoyable!

In This Album is (Two) of the Hotels Convenient to the San Jose Airport! When flying in to San Jose, Costa Rica, you usually stay the 1st night at an Airport Convenience Hotel, before Driving to the Pacific Side of Costa Rica! Although, now the Highway from San Jose to Jaco is complete and the Drive is only about 1 hour, reduced from the 2 1/2 hours by the Original Winding Road.

This Country is Beautiful! Much of the Terrains is Hills and Valleys. You Enjoy the Pacific Ocean Side When Visiting Our Projects, and the Ticos (as the Natives are Called) feast on Fruits and Seafood Mostly! Quite the Life! Costa Rica is a Very Clean Country and Their type of Farming is Coffee, Plants & Flowers, Fruits, Vegetables, Some Chickens and Cattle. The Natives (Ticos) don't Rush, or Hurry! Just Relax, It will Get Done! Everything YOU Would Want For Enjoyment of a Vacation!

These Photos are the Proposed Models for the Villa Michelle Marie Project. They are built in the Neighboring Project, VILLA SAILOR MARIE! These Models do have Power and Water Lines Available. These Models are Lined Along the Street, as the Old Housing was Removed and These Models Built! The Tree Line in These Photos are Along the Creek which Divides the Two Projects, Villa Michelle Marie and Villa Sailor Marie. As you Look Over the Trees, You Can See the Hills of the Villa Michelle Marie Project. Most of this Project is Owned by the Developer.

The Villa Bungalow Project Plot Map has 151 Lots Divided and Sold to Owners. The Project is located only 1/4 mile from the Central Pacific Ocean in Parrita, Costa Rica! These Photos are showing the Raw Land and the Construction Progress from the Start in 2006 and to the Stopping Point in 2008!
