Love To Code Academy

Love To Code Academy We grow kids, not just coders. Technology is the environment, Character development is the outcome.

Welcome to Love to Code Academy, where we are dedicated to "Empowering a New Generation of Innovators." At the heart of the Midwest, our academy stands as a beacon of advanced coding education paired with essential character building. Our unique educational approach is designed to shape both the technological skills and personal integrity of our students, preparing them to excel in both individual

and team environments. Our Mission
At Love to Code Academy, we are driven by a single, ambitious goal: to nurture the next generation of technology leaders. With our comprehensive curriculum, we merge technical prowess with the development of core character traits—teamwork, passion, harmony, persistence, sportsmanship, integrity, and commitment. These values are not just buzzwords but are woven seamlessly into our daily interactions and educational practices. Our mission, "Shape the Future Through Coding Excellence and Character Integrity," encapsulates our commitment to fostering a community of young innovators. Our Vision
We envision a world where every child has the opportunity to become a leader in technology. By providing a robust coding education that integrates character development, we aim to foster the essential skills needed for success in the digital age. Our vision extends beyond the classroom; we strive to instill values that will guide our students throughout their lives, encouraging them to approach every challenge with determination and ethical diligence. Core Values
Our core values define who we are and guide every facet of our educational model:
- Teamwork: Encouraging collaboration and mutual support to achieve common goals.
- Passion: Fueling a love for learning and an enthusiasm for overcoming challenges.
- Harmony: Creating a balanced and inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives.
- Persistence: Promoting resilience and a steadfast pursuit of excellence.
- Sportsmanship: Fostering fairness, respect, and grace, both in victory and defeat.
- Integrity: Upholding honesty and strong moral principles in all endeavors.
- Commitment: Demonstrating dedication to the growth and success of our students. Our Slogan
"Where Coding Meets Character" isn't just a slogan; it's the philosophy behind every lesson we teach and every project we undertake. It's our promise to provide an education that prepares children not just for the next test, but for life. What We Offer
Our promise to you and your family is Quality Education, Quality Character. With a focus on superior educational outcomes, we prepare students for future challenges and opportunities in technology and teamwork. Our goal is not just to lead in tech education in the Midwest but to set the standard for how coding and character go hand-in-hand. Join us at Love to Code Academy, where your child’s educational journey will be rich with learning, innovation, and character development. Together, let's code the future and build a foundation of character that lasts a lifetime.

In one 60-minute trial class, your K-2 learner works with Dash and a small team to complete a hands-on challenge — programming movement, lights, and sound together.

They'll practice listening, taking turns, and sticking with something until it works — the same skills we build every week, just with a robot as the reward.

Free trial class: Tuesday, September 1 | 6:00-7:00 PM
All equipment provided. Bring nothing but curiosity.

How do you teach coding to a 5-7 year old who can't type yet? You start where they are.

Our K-2 trial class uses Kodable — a visual, logic-based platform built for young learners. Kids drag, sequence, and problem-solve using colors and characters instead of a keyboard, building real coding logic before they ever type a line of code.

Meet Dash: the classroom robot your kindergartner through 2nd grader gets to program themselves.

Using MakeWonder — a visual, block-based platform built for young learners — kids give Dash commands for movement, lights, and sound. No typing, no experience needed, just drag-and-drop logic that makes coding concepts click through play.

Free trial class: Tuesday, September 1 | 6:00-7:00 PM

Some kids need to build and move before they're ready to code — meet Dash. In one 60-minute session, your child will meet our classroom robot, program simple commands, and complete a team challenge, no experience needed.

For the kid who takes things apart and asks "how does that work?"

Robotics gives that curiosity somewhere to go. In one free 60-minute trial class, your 3rd-5th grader builds a robot component, programs it to complete a challenge, and works through it with a coach when it doesn't work the first time — because it won't, and that's the point.

Robotics fuses engineering, coding, and teamwork into one project — motors, sensors, real systems, not just an app on a screen.

Curious if robotics is the thing that clicks for your 3rd-5th grader? Find out for free — zero pressure.

One free 60-minute trial class. Your child builds and programs a robot component, works through it as part of a team, and gets coached through the frustrating parts — because debugging is half the skill.

If it's a fit, we'll help you choose the right ongoing robotics class. If it's not, you'll still know — no semester commitment, no hard sell.

This is the age kids start saying "I want to make my own game."

Give them a real shot at it — with structure, coaching, and teammates, not just a screen and a tutorial video.

At our free trial class for grades 3-5, your child spends 60 minutes building a small project they can actually show you at pickup — not a worksheet, something that runs. They'll work alongside peers on a shared challenge and get coached through the frustrating parts, because that's where the real learning happens.
