Judging times for Goldens are below- all judging will be held in ring 12 on the second level of Hale Arena. Just look for the ramp on the East side of the 1st floor grooming area!

**If you're new to shows, just look for these signs on chairs sitting ringside! Anyone sitting in these chairs can help answer questions. Experienced exhibitors are welcome to use these chairs and help us welcome new exhibitors and visitors!**

Thursday: 12:25PM, likely starting 1PM
Friday Specialty: 8AM
Friday AB: 12:30PM
Saturday AB: 8AM
Saturday Specialty: 12:15PM
Sunday: 8AM, likely starting 8:30AM

See below for exhibitor information pertaining to our upcoming specialty shows and performance trials, March 5-8, 2026 at Hale Arena in downtown Kansas City. We’re excited to see everyone and looking forward to an excellent weekend of camaraderie and competition!

~Dinner with the Judge RSVPs/payments are DUE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27th! Don't miss this fun social and educational opportunity with our judge, Ellen Schultz!
• Where: Wagstaff Theater, located on the first floor of the show building, across from concessions
• When: dinner will begin at 5PM, discussion at 6PM
• Cost: $24 per person, payable via Venmo* (-Bruns) or PayPal* ([email protected]) or check (message for address) *Please be sure to use 'friends and family'!!

~All Golden rings (AB conformation, specialty shows and obedience/rally rings) and grooming (if Golden specialty was selected) will be located in the Upper Exhibition Hall.

~The Kansas City Golden Retriever Club raffle will be located on the first floor of the arena, in the grooming area as you are going toward the rings. We have some really spectacular items this year – be sure to go down and check it out and support our club!

~Exhibitor setup opens at 4PM on Wednesday. Please visit the Heart of America Kennel Club office on the first floor in the grooming area for space info and to receive your electrical.

~There is a large ramp, and a freight elevator available to reach the Upper Exhibition Hall. We highly recommend using the freight elevator for loading/unloading. The freight elevator will be open all day, but will have someone available from Heart of America Kennel Club to assist with operation of the elevator at the following times:
• Wednesday, March 4: 4—8 p.m.
• Thursday, March 5: 7—11 a.m. & 2—6 p.m.
• Friday, March 6: 7—11 a.m. & 2—6 p.m.
• Saturday, March 7: 7—11 a.m. & 2—6 p.m.
• Sunday, March 8: 7—11 a.m. & 12—4 p.m.

~Lot A for RV parking opens at 8AM on Wednesday.
