Deafblind Social Group of Kansas City The social events are open to the public, people in the deaf community, including Parents, Interpret Some activities are planned in the community.

Deafblind Social Group of Kansas City is sponsored by Alphapointe and the Kansas City Metro Area Deafblind Task Force. Most socials are held at Alphapointe in Kansas City from 5:00 to 8:00 and open to the public. A small donation toward the snack fund is accepted but not required. The events are hosted by Heather Livingston, Brandie Young, Pamela Shatto, & Mary Hoss. The social events welcome people in the deaf community, including Parents, Interpreters, and Interpreting Students. We also welcome hearing people, who do not know sign,
people who have vision loss and others who are interested in learning about sign language and/or deafblindness. Please come enjoy and have fun!
