βοΈ Summer Youth Leadership Program Orientation 2026 βοΈ
The first week of June, we kicked off another exciting year of the Summer Youth Leadership Program in partnership with Armourdale Renewal Association (ARA), Argentine Betterment Corporation (ABC), andRosedale Development Association (RDA)!
We were grateful to gather at the RDA office for four days of learning, leadership development, and career exploration as our youth prepared for a summer of growth and opportunity.
Throughout orientation, participants heard from an incredible lineup of guest speakers who shared their knowledge, experiences, and encouragement:

These presentations provided our youth with valuable insights into financial responsibility, education, career pathways, health professions, workplace rights, personal development, and civic engagement.
A special thank you to all of our guest speakers for investing in the next generation of leaders and helping inspire our participants to dream big and work toward their goals.
We would also like to recognize and thank Zorahila Curiel, Elizabeth Davis, Amanda DeVriese-Sebilla, and Monica Mendez for their dedication, hard work, and countless hours spent planning and facilitating orientation week.
We are excited to watch these young leaders grow, learn, and make a positive impact in our communities throughout the summer!
