The truth will set you free.

It's not always easy to hear — but secrecy can be just as damaging, if not more so.

Hidden truth creates a shadow. A sense of unease that can follow someone their whole life. Imagine carrying the weight of an unspoken truth — a missing piece of your own story. The questions that swirl. The doubts. The feeling of something being off, but not knowing what it is.

As difficult as it may be to share, knowing the truth is always better than living in the shadows of secrecy. It allows for healing. For understanding. For the chance to build a life on a foundation of truth.
