Briarcliff Trails of Our Community

Briarcliff Trails of Our Community We represent the nature, beauty and preservation of our community through events, public improvements In all fairness, both sides are right.

Tim Johnston, a resident since 1986, and his daughter Jenny, co-founded Briarcliff Trails of Our Community which is a registered non-profit organization in Missouri. They secured more than $1.2 million in neighborhood improvement projects and has picked up 607 bags of trash and 3,628 illegally posted signs from our community since 2009. The vision is to keep our neighborhoods free of blight with u

sable trails and to support projects at our local school, Briarcliff Elementary. The name "Briarcliff" is a loosely defined word to describe our location. Some people hear "Briarcliff" and think of Briarcliff West or Briarcliff Village. Other people think of it as the Old Briarcliff neighborhoods on the east side of 169 Hwy. The boundaries of Briarcliff as recognized by Kansas City are Interstate I-29 to the north, North Oak Trfwy to the east, Gateway Rd to the west and Water Works Park to the south. There are 28 neighborhoods within those boundaries that are considered to be a part of the Briarcliff community. They are listed as followed:

Briarcliff West | Briarcliff Estates | Briarcliff Town Villas | Briarcliff Hills-Kansas City | Indian Hills
