Being conscious of my own behavior is a skill.

How I respond to others regardles of their behavior takes awareness... I DON'T ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT but I'm aware today of my responsibility.

This is the journey.♥️

I want to be clear that this doesn't dismiss our need to feel sad or angry. Those are healthy, natural, normal, biological needs.

Those things keep me safe in this world and help me protect others.

This to me means, yes feel those things but don't let it steal your permanent sense of serenity.

That requires ongoing work on my part through self-inquiry.

I'm going to keep working on it.
